that even if you – completers and graduates come from different walks of like, you hurdled
the challenges on how to co -exist with peers, colleagues and friends and earn the
competencies that will make you proficient and competent as entrepreneurs, employees or
college students. Surely, with our unified efforts to provide you with wide array of learning
experiences – vicarious and contextualized, you y widened your points of view about life,
cultures and traditions, understood and respected individual differences. Please remember
that while you embrace changes and challenges besetting the world today, you need to
always reconnect with your roots and think on ways on how to integrate education and
family values with community development. Through that, we are assured that indeed you
had the best education from you Alma Mater. I therefore commend the synergy between
and among, the school and its stakeholders. The efforts and resources they put in
education all aim at developing you, who will contribute meaningfully to building the
nation. Thank them for all opportunities given you. Their support, sacrifice and aspirations
for you paid off today as you receive your certificates/ diplomas.

My dear teachers and school heads, the Schools Division of Sorsogon will
continuously inspire and give technical assistance as you go forth and realize our mission
to provide all Filipino learners quality, relevant, inclusive and liberating, education that will
empower them to survive in this digital and changed world. Continue initiating programs,
projects and activities that will produce completers/graduates who are God-fearing,
patriotic, nationalistic, disciplined and proud of his/her capabilities as Filipino.
