Overview:
You will be part of central global Sales & Content Management team responsible for a variety of sales and
content management tasks. These tasks will include product content creation and publishing, sales
management reporting, pipeline management and administration of key tools (e.g. Pitchbook, Engage).

Responsibilities
Sales:
- Analyse deal pipeline to drive insights and recommend actions including regular reporting and updates
to management
- Support the end-to-end global sales campaigns process (incl. formulation, planning, regional
coordination and tracking of global campaigns uptake)
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working for sales management, interacting with
colleagues from various teams (e.g Global Products and Solutions, Finance / Business Insights, Client
Analytics and others)
- Assist in preparation and distribution of regular sales management reports (including banker KPIs,
performance, pipeline management and other) used at the highest levels of senior management (i.e.
Wealth Management ExCo)
Content:
- Update selected content on a regular basis to ensure that it shows the latest information. Examples
include updating of facts and figures in DB overview decks, proposition packs etc.
- Formatting, proofreading and improving: work with the business to ensure that content is correctly
formatted against the brand guidelines, there are no errors in the material, content is as globally and
regionally consistent as possible and suggesting improvements that could be made.
- Liaise with legal and compliance in order to get content approved and signed off for external
distribution
- Writing informative and engaging content on a variety of topics as and when required. This may be to
support a campaign or a particularly offering that requires client facing content.
- Analyse the MI on content usage and engagement to ensure that content produced is used and we’re
providing the required content to the business.
- Management and administration of key tools used in WM
- Provide remote training on key tools to users globally

General Capabilities
- Good understanding of wealth management or asset management propositions and products
- Excellent writing ability in English – German speaking / writing skills would be advantageous but not
essential
- Strong analytical & conceptual skills, talented in analysing and interpreting large data sets
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills / stakeholder management capabilities (ability to engage and partner with
Products, Coverage, CIO, Marketing, Analytics).
- Practical problem solving skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-task
- Excellent presentation skills as well as oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying demands of the role and team
