MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL PLUMPING DESIGN and ISSUING DRAWING (MEP

DWG)
Project: - Proposed houses scheme at Sankiliyan Village
Scope of Services:
1. Preliminary Design according to international standards and prepare the Design Proposal in line
with latest Standards and Modern Engineering Practice by considering client’s, project architect’s
and other service consultant’s requirements.
2. Issuing of set of Design and Construction drawings.
Types of Construction Drawings:
1) External Under Ground Electricity line
2) Internal Electric work including lighting layout, power layout, etc.
3) Sewerage lines internal Plumbing and external
4) Water lines in Internal building and External landscape
5) Telephone lines internal and external
6) Electrical drawings with Chartered Engineer’s certification. (optional separate fee)
Consultancy Fees:

Note: The fee for site visit/meeting during the installation supervision stage would be LKR.
2,500.00/per visit which is in addition to the above consultancy fees.
Mode of Payments:
1. Rs. 15,000.00 commencement fee along with confirmation of acceptance.
2. Rs. 40,000.00 on submission of design proposal, layout drawings.
3. Rs. 20,000.00 on submission final set of drawings with the CAD file.
4. Rs. 45000.00 on Charted Engineer’s Certification (Optional can avoid if not required)
