Yet again, FPMT (www.fpmt,org) and CKSL (Choe Khor Sum Ling, www.cksl.

in) declared the sexual

offence victim at CKSL as "of unsound mind" in June 2019.

Earlier on August 17, 2016, the CKSL Center Director, Shanti Yajnik, angrily shouted at the victim on
phone "you have lots of past problems. You hallucinate. You have hallucinations. Rabten La told me you
have mental health issues. You are hallucinating that the man touched you. You are thinking that the
man touched you...."

When the victim asked for evidence of "her mental health issues", repeatedly asked Shanti Yajnik (and
the monks and management) to furnish "her mental health records along with the name and contact
details of the psychiatrist who conducted the tests to label her mentally ill", Shanti Yajnik repeatedly
refused "I will not give in writing", "We will not give in writing"... The harassment and mental torture
led to the victim falling sick an hour later, with high fever.

It may be noted that, the FPMT monk (from Sera Je Monastery, Bylakuppe, Karnataka, India), Gyalten
Rabten stated on a phone call with the victim on August 17, 2016, that his mother has been ailing from
mental health issues for years and that he and his entire family had been suffering for years. This family
circumstance and experience lead him to become a monk under Lama Zopa Rinpoche. Rabten La, as he
is called, told the victim that he thought that she (the victim) may also be suffering from mental health
issues and told Shanti Yajnik and others "to be sensitive towards you".

It seems to be an inherent nature of the FPMT members / CKSL monks and others at Tibetan Buddhist
spiritual centers to label people with mental health disorders, without substantiating their allegations
with any evidence/proof, while they harass and mentally torture others for proof. Here's another
allegation:

It is shocking to know that these monks and others are under the Dalai Lama, and the Dalai Lama seems
least bothered to correct the wrong.

Question: Are spiritual organizations and Tibetan Buddhist monks above the Law of the land? Are the
management (and their coterie) of the Tibetan Buddhist Centers above the law?
