“The Truth About Caffeine”

How many of you consider yourself caffeine addicts? How much coffee do you drink in a

day? One cup? Two cups? Or more? How about caffeinated sodas? We all know that caffeine is

pervasive in our society nowadays and every now and then we always heard some studies about

the effect of taking caffeine in our body. According to experts if we take too much

caffeine/coffee it can lead to health problems. Can you believe that? Today I'd like to give you

all some facts about it.

Let's start with the good news. Caffeine, component is came from the leaves, seeds and

fruits of about 63 different plants, yes! Caffeine can help you wake up and feel more alert and it

has been shown to increase your attention spans. This is a beneficial effect for those who are

doing tedious work. Caffeine also contains antioxidants that can help to prevent cancer. But!

There still a negative effect of it, and it be base on how much a person consumed caffeine for

example too much caffeine can lead you to increase your heart rate .At worst scenario it can

prompt your digestive system to produce more acid, that can leads you to have headaches, feel

restless, nervous and be unable to sleep ,that can also leads to have hallucinations .According to

a Medline article on the National Institutes of health website, having caffeine in your body in

everyday lives. The benefits of it will be based on the consumption of caffeine. And also the

effect of caffeine depends on personal number of factors, such as your weight, general health,

mood and personal sensitivity.

I may not change your coffee consumption, but atleast I had informed you all about what

you are taking into your body .Nevertheless the bottom line is that if you drink your coffee in
moderation ,you don't have to worry about . And let us all imagine, it is more enjoyable of

drinking coffee while relaxing and taking a self rest. So remember let us all live our lives in

moderation. That’s all and thank you.

“The Biggest Universities in the Philippines”

A university is an educational institution designed for instruction and examination of

students in many branches of advanced learning, conferring degrees in various faculties and

often embodying colleges and similar institutions. Students now a days are choosing universities

that are popular and top in achievements in terms of sports and academic aspects. There are

universities that are high in ranking among the other universities. But what are the Biggest

Universities in the Philippines? I’ll site you some three biggest universities in the philippines.

The first one is the Central Luzon State University or the CLSU, is a state university on a

65 hectares campus located in Muñoz Nueva Ecija, Philippines. They offer courses such as in

undergraduate level like BA in Filipino, BS in Psychology, Bachelor in Elementary Education,

BS in Accountancy, BS in Agriculture, BS in Civil Engineering, BS in Meteorology, BS in

Tourism Management, and etc. They also have masteral degrees and other masteral programs

and other curricular offerings. The second one is the University of the Philippines Diliman or

simply known as UP Diliman. UP Diliman is a co-educational, public search university located

in Diliman Quezon City, Philippines. It has a total land area of 493 hectares much of this

property is utilized by the university in the form of infrastructure and research for development

and residential use or un-occupied. It has been ranked between the 60-75 bracket in the best

universities in Asia. The Commission on Higher Education identifies UP Diliman as center of

Excellence in 12 disciplines, namely information, technology, anthropology, biology, chemistry,

geology, mathematics, political science, and statistics. The last university I’ll tackle is the

Siliman University, also reffered to as SU, is a private research university in Dumaguete Negros
Oriental, Philippines. The campus is 62 hectares and the extension campus has a 465 hectares in

Ticao Island.

Those universities I’ve mentioned are one of the biggest universities in the philippines.

They are become unique and in their own way. Still, the choice of the students when will they

enter college are in their own hands and decisions. They must know where they will excel and

where they’ll knowledge and ability will hone. All universities in the philippines can help in

improving one’s ability but we can’t deny the fact that theres some state, universities and

colleges that are ranked as the most great schools in the Philippines.
