VIII. Narrative Report

The grade 7 teachers held a meeting to discuss the plan on the

upcoming 1st quarter convocation day. The following teachers were
tasked to do the following duties:

Stage Décor Lee Ann Hererra, Michael Ting and Hernani Enriquez

Sounds Maria Flor Valdez and Jovita Sarayab

Certificates/Invitation Raine Macayan

Emcee Angela Racquel A. Marzan

 The program started at around 2:30 in the afternoon. The grade 7
teachers prepared for the program. The program was hosted by
Angela Marzan and Jezer Don Arlanza. A message was given by the
grade 7 curriculum adviser, principal, head teacher and the PTA
President. The awardees were presented by their respective curriculum
advisers. After the convocation, the students and parents went to their
respective classroom. Each grade 7 teachers conducted a meeting
with the parents and issue the cards afterwards. The teachers
discussed how the grades were computed especially those who were
“with honors”. The teachers took this opportunity to discuss also the
problems in the classroom and the problems in terms of their child’s
behaviour.

The adviser also recognized the TOP 10 and all the students who
won in the different contests. Certificates were given to the Top 10
students per classroom. After recognizing the achievement of the class
was the distribution of cards.

The meeting ended at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon.
