1. The existing problem of this website that I want to solve is this website is too
dazzling for users to read. Therefore, only a few of users will have their decision
to consume on this website. Not only that, there are no any link to login to the
website. Depend with contact the customer service of the website to buy items,
mostly of the customers would like to directly buy from the website online.
Furthermore, this website doesn’t n arrange the type of gates into their own
category. So, the users are difficult to find the information of the gates which they
wanted.

2. Mostly of the users of the website are the adult who want to renovate their house
or who want to buy a new house. Therefore, they will want to have more
information about the gates and choose one of the best for their aesthetics. They
would like to visit a website which is clear, neat, and also can provide the
information they needed. They only have some basic of the knowledge of
information technology. This is because mostly of them will only use the
knowledge of information technology for their daily life. They doesn’t go deep
into the function of information technology. Therefore, the information of this
website provided should be easy to understand by the users.

3. Firstly, the website should provide a account login for the users. This is because
mostly of the users more like to directly buy the items from the website depends
with call to the customer services. Next, the website should provide multiple
contact ways to the users so that the users can easily ask about the information for
the items they like. For example, the website can design a “Contact Us” page for
providing the information for contacting them. They can leave their email address,
contact numbers or even the address of their office. They can also have a space in
the website which can directly communicate with the customer service of the
website. Next, they should add a “cart” to users for adding the items they want to
buy and can pay for all the items once. So, they no need to waste their time to pay
the items one by one if they buy a lot of items from this website.
