or Works, and shall pay all fees and give all notices required by the same.
Upon completion of the Services or Works or upon termination of the
Subcontract the Subcontractor shall provide to Programmed any
documents in its possession issued by or evidencing the approval of
Authorities in connection with the Services or Works.

DEFECTS
The Subcontractor shall promptly rectify any defective work done by the
Subcontractor when notified of it in writing by Programmed. Rectification
works are to be agreed between the parties, failing which Programmed
may have the defects rectified by others at the Subcontractor’s cost
where a risk to the safety of employees or public is imminent.
