measures

9 CBT facilities:

1) Practical Work area - Demonstration area


2) Contextual Learning area – classroom or lecture area
3) Trainer’s resource area – faculty or teacher’s room
4) Computer laboratory - computer or IT lab
5) Distance learning area – research on-line applications
6) Quality control area – storage area, pilot testing of materials before actual use of the learners
7) Institutional assessment area – demonstration, oral questioning, interview, written exams of the learners
8) Support service area – areas related to your qualification , guidance, admin., cashier, registrar’s, restroom, clinic, chapel, waste
disposal or
9) Learning resource area - library

Safety measures:

1) Fire exit
2) Fire extinguisher
3) Emergency light
4) First aid kit
5) Signages

Provision:

1) Comfort Room for Male & Female


2) Waste Disposal
3) Sink/Lavatory
4) Waiting Area
When preparing a CBT Shop Layout, the following factors must be considered:

Areas are designed to facilitate the smooth work flow of trainees and trainers
The support materials and other aids for learning are readily available and accessible
The accessibility of the trainee to the facilities is preferred
Security, safety and well-being of the trainee were prioritized, Safety zones are clearly identified.
Ventilation and illumination of each area should also be considered
Caution signs are placed in prominent and required areas
General area for training is identified and areas for specific training activities are clearly demarcated.
