1.0 BRAKE INSTALLATION

 Use 8xM39 bolts

 Tighten to 4800Nm

2.0 DROP PIN INSTALLATION

 Install drop pin frame
 Tighten 8xM39 bolts to 4800Nm

 Tighten 4xM16 bolts to 210Nm

 Install drop pin lever

 Install lever pins
 Lock split pin

 Install proximity switch

 Adjust to 0.5mm from inside face of lever holder
 Tighten proximity switch nut

 Manually check that drop pin arm lifts pin up

and down

 Locate crane over drop pip anchor and check

pin fits into anchor pin hole.

 Install lock pin

3.0 CONTROL PANEL WIRING

3.1 POWER CABLE WIRING

 Use 4x4mm2 power cable
 Pull cable trough cable gland
 Wire cable to X4 terminal
 Tighten cable gland dome
 Wire as shown in section 4.

CAUTION: TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY

PRIOR POWER CABLE INSTALLATION.

 Wire brake junction box with control panel

as shown in section 4.
