AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, REY N. ADARNA of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Kauswagan

Highway, Cagayan de Oro City after being duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and say:

1) That Jacqueline D. Inocian is the Nanny of my son;

2) That I am travelling to Europe this coming December 18, 2019 to January 16,
2020 for a vacation;

3) That I am bringing Jacqueline D. Inocian to the said trip.

4) That I shall be the one to wholly shoulder all expenses, including but not limited
to, airfare, hotel accommodation, board and lodging, and all travelling expenses,
of Jaqueline D. Inocian, the nanny of my son;

5) That I guarantee that she will not violate any existing laws of the country of
destination; and

6) That I am executing this affidavit for presentation at the Immigration Section and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
