Ask students to reflect on their experience in the activities, i.e;

How did you feel about the activities that you have just participated in?
Were there any challenges or problems that you encountered?
How did you manage these?

Divergent thinking question:

Lead in to asking the question with something that reassures the student to give
their opinion and that there are no right or wrong answers. i.e.

We would like you to ask you a question, there is no right or wrong answer but we
would like to know your thoughts. Take your time and thinking out loud is good.

Reassure that taking time is ok

Clarify question

or

Ask students why they want to be in the TB/STEM/Company Bright program?

(Back up to confirm that what they said in the application matches their
