3. Please send us back this booking form together with a copy of the gift certificate to
csd@stellarvacationclub.com or fax to (632) 941-4803.
4. Please note that all gift certificate reservations are booked in our TIE-UP hotels only.
5. Please do not book your flights yet unless your room accommodation is already confirmed.
6. Once booking is confirmed, we will require you to deposit a refundable booking fee of Php 5,000.
7. Confirmed reservation is considered FINAL. No show, re-booking or cancellation will result in the forfeiture
of the booking deposit and gift certificate.
8. Once trip is completed, send us a testimonial and pictures of your trip so we can process your refund.
9. Please allow us to process your refund in at least seven (7) working days. Refund process falls into 3
preferences: personal, bank transfer or carry over (for members only).
