EOWNERS ASSOCIATION (PHASE -9) 2019-2021 COMMITTEE CHAIRMANSHIP

FUNCTION

Take charge of planning,coordinating, and actual operating the facilities and services of the association . It
shall be organized into groups or councils which shall form as the backbone of the community service
delivery system. It shall oversee the developtment and operation of VVEV phase 9 facilities and other
open space within Phase 9.

Acceptance of new members,expansion of the membership of the association at a rate consistent with
high quality membership privileges, fees, and dues.
Take charge of the human resources development of the community . Conduct public information
educational and motivational campaigns and prepare, implement livelihood training activities designed to
make residents productive members of the association and to supplement their incomes.

Shall prepare the budget of the association (Phase 9 ) plan and adopt and implement canvassing
,procurement and disbursement guidelines for projects that will or may require the use of association
funds. Serve as a coordinating body for all financial matters involving external institutions and shall evolve
a savings campaign and other fund raising activities.
Take charge of organizing sport and recreation activities for the members, especially for the youth. Shall
also organize the youth members, conducts development programs and leadeship training seminars to
enable the youth to actively participate in various activities and management of the affairs of the village.
Shall likewise organize social and civic activities that will promote inter-personal relations and civic,
community awareness among youth members.

Shall take charge of maintaining peace and order in the community. It shall form and organize members
into brigades to safeguard the security of the area and emergency/disasters to meet any natural of man-
made calamity.

Shall oversee the operation of, and arbitrate on any complaints filed by any member resident againts VVEV
tricycles Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) or any of its members operator or driver. Shall likewise
review the tariff rates being charged to member residents within the subdivision.

Shall take charge of the upkeep and repair of community facilities and services. It shall forms and organize
the beautification/ecology team or group to maintain cleanliness and beauty in the community. Shall
coordinate with the development and service Commitee with regards to the beautification,
cleanliness,and development of open spaces in the subdivision (Phase 9).

Shall be responsible for evaluating ,processing and recommending approval of business permits and
construction permits to the Board of Directors. It shall, likewise promulgate anand d recommend rules and
regulation in the conduct of businesses and building construction-new and renovation within the
subdivision subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. It shall also oversee that such approved rules
and regulation are being implememted and complied with and make periodic reports on permits issued.
Shall take charge of information dissemination, the publication of a suitable official organ or newsletter for
the association and such other related activities of the same, in order to have a well-informed community
and thus promote the true image of the association.

Shall be the "court of first instance" that will mediate among members in the resolution of disputes.

Shall take charge of all initiatives and programs for the benefit and welfare of the Senior Citizens and PWD
in the village. Shall coordinate with the office of the Senior Citizens Affairs of the Municipality of Cainta to
make sure all benefits accruing to concerned members of the subdivision are delivered.
