    General Specialization Instructions

    A. Qualifications

    1. Must hold an AR license to practice (Associate status allowed).


    2. Must complete all application requirements.
    3. Must submit a non-refundable one-time fee of $50.00

    B. Application Requirements (submit all paperwork together)

    1. Complete training in specialization area


    2. Update Statement of Intent listing new specialization
    3. Complete Specialization Application

    ___Copy of Training Certificate

    Bundle and submit all of the materials described above with a non-refundable $50.00
