WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay presented and agenda on session the

appointment of the position of Barangay Treasurer named MARY ANN L. MEDINA, who re-
appointed this office.
WHEREAS, Section 389 par B.5 of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991 provides that the Punong Barangay, re-appoint the Barangay Treasurer and other
Barangay Officials.
WHEREAS, after a careful review and deliveration, the Punong Barangay presented the
re-appoinment of MARY ANN L. MEDINA Barangay Treasurer for confirmation by the
Sangguniang Barangay.
WHEREAS, on motion of Kagawad LERMA B. DE LEON, duly seconded by all be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, confirm the re-appointment of MARY

ANN L. MEDINA Barangay Treasurer of Barangay San Vicente effective immediately upon
approval of this resolution.
