A very pleasant day to you, Ma’am.

Mariveles National High School-Alasasin prepares for the transfer of Grade 9 and Grade
10 students to the recently constructed buildings located in Bagong Silang, Alasasin. The
transfer was set in the first half of August, however, the school facilities still lack with some of
the necessary materials for a more conducive teaching and learning environment.

For this reason, we, the General Parent-Teacher Association of MNHS-Alasasin hopes for
your good office to please do consider financing 8 pieces of electric fans, and four pairs of
chalkboards which will be placed in each of the four rooms that the students will occupy.

We hope that through this letter we have expressed that the intention behind this letter is for
the betterment of the entire community.

We would like to extend our gratitude for considering this request. We hope for your favorable
