My name is Ms. Teresa Howell and I am the founder of the Netball Development and Rehabilitation Centre
(NDR). The mission of the NDR is to develop and improve the quality of performance at the regional and
international levels, with the following objectives;

 Share and exhibit leadership responsibilities

 Respect weights and team processes of members
 Manage conflicts successfully
 Maintain effective communication at all levels
 Develop good problem-solving skills
 Staying committed to achieving goals and objectives

The Netball Development and Rehabilitation Centre’s vision is to be the regional development centre for
netball in the Caribbean. For the development of the centre to be a success, funding would be required,
as a result of this we are asking for $$$$ to aid us in its development. Your assistance would indeed go
long way.
