Perhaps. While Rick
Kinzell has hunted pretty

of big game species, he
has been applying for a
Montana moose permit
for over 40 years. He
finally got one this fall.
Rick and his wife
Sue and their sons Teage

to southwest Montana in
search of a Shiras moose.
They had been
hunting in the Big Hole
near Wisdom for over a
week and he finally bagged
this massive Bullwinkle
featuring a 46-inch spread.
“I’m pretty happy
with him,” he said,
explaining that they had
spotted a very nice bull
