Lasagne

meatsauce:
1 piece onion
5 pieces garlic
250 gram ground pork
250 gram ground beef
2 pieces carrots
500 gram tomatoe sauce
2 tbsp basilic dried
salt
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

chop the carrots, onion and garlic in tiny cubes, saute carrots, onions and garlic with olive oil in a
pot till the onions get a brown colour. then add pork and beef into the pot, put salt and pepper,let it
roast till the water is gone. Then turn the heat low and put tomatesauce and basilic. Let it cook for
about 1 hour. After, taste if u need more salt or pepper.

bechamelsauce:
100 gram butter
100 gram flour
1 Liter milk
150 gram parmesan
salt

10 minutes before the tomatoe sauce is done melt the butter in a pot with medium heat, when the
butter is melted, gradualy add flour and mix it with the whisk (dont let it burn). After the flour is
well mixed with the butter let it turn a lil bit brown add then the milk, dont stop stiring with the
whisk (especially on the bottom of the pot) till its thickened. Then turn the heat off put a lil salt and
the 150 Gramm parmesan in to it. Stir till everything is good mixed.

Lasagne:

preheat the oven on 220°C downheat, first put a slim layer of bechamel in the form, next lasagne
leaves, then again bechamel next meatsauce, again lasagne leaves, bechamel, meatsauce, lasagne
leaves, ( if possible again bechamel, meatsauce, lasagne leaves) on the last row of lasagne leaves
put again bechamel, and on the top u put grinded Parmesan and some butterflakes, after 30 minutes
turn the oven on topheat for about 10 to 15 minutes . When it gets brown on the top it´s done.
