A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TWENTY (20)

BARANGAY ADVISORY AND DIRECTORY BOARDS IN EVERY CORNER
OF VARIOUS STREETS LOCATED WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL
BOUNDARIES OF BARANGAY HIGHWAY HILLS

BE IT ADOPTED BY, by the Sangguniang Pambarangay of Highway Hills, in

session assembled:

WHEREAS, it is important for the residents and business establishments within the
geographical area and boundaries of Barangay Highway Hills to be provided with the
necessary direction and guidance in securing business permits, barangay clearances,
payment of taxes and fees and such other necessary transactions in the barangay;

WHEREAS, Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City and Barangay Buayang Bato,

Mandaluyong City have encroached some areas within the territorial boundaries of
Barangay Highway Hills in establishing their respective barangay advisory and directory
boards without proper coordination and consent of barangay Highway Hills;

WHEREAS, as a consequence, several residents and business establishments in

the area that is within our territorial boundaries resort to file and transact businesses with
the aforementioned barangays to our disadvantage;

WHEREAS, it is our right and obligation to act on this matter without delay to
protect the interest of our constituents and bring additional benefits to the barangay in the
form of additional revenues;

NOW, THEREFORE, ON MOTION DULY SECONDED, THE SANGGUNIANG

PAMBARANGAY OF HIGHWAY HILLS IN SESSION ASSEMBLED RESOLVED AS IT
HEREBY RESOLVED TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TWENTY (20)
BARANGAY ADVISORY AND DIRECTORY BOARDS IN EVERY CORNER OF
VARIOUS STREETS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES OF BARANGAY
HIGHWAY HILLS TO WIT:
