LETTER FOR THE VALIDITY OF THE INSTRUMENT

The Validator

Dear Sir/Madam:

Good day! We, the Fourth Year Education students of Silay Institute will conduct a
research entitled “The School Behavior and the Parental Care of Selected Pupils in Don Eustacio
Hofileňa Memorial Elementary School” as a compliance in our requirements in research.

In connection with this we would like you to become one of our validators in our research. Your
great help will be highly appreciated.

Direction: Using the criteria developed for evaluating a checklist set forth by Cater Good and
Douglas Scales, please evaluate the attached checklist for the proposed study. Rating 1 as Needs
Improvement and 5 as Excellent. Kindly check the respective box provided.

1. The questionnaire is short that the respondents respect


it and it would not drain much of his time.
2. The questionnaire is interesting and has a fair appeal
such that respondents will be interested to respond it and
accomplish it fully.
3. The questionnaire can obtain some depth to the
responses and avoid superficial.
4. The items/questions and their alternative responses
are neither too suggestive nor too stimulating.
5. The questionnaire can elicit responses which are not
definite but not mechanically forced.
6. Questions/items are formed in such a way that the
responses will not be embarrassing to the persons
concerned.
7. Questions/items are formed in such a manner to avoid
suspicion on the part of the respondents concerning
hidden responses in the questionnaire.
8. The questionnaire is not narrow or restricted or
limited in philosophy.
9. The responses to the question when taken as a whole
could answer the basic purpose of which questionnaire
is designed and therefore considered valid.

Research Background

This study focuses on The Extent Effect of Entreprenurship Subject to Grade 12 ABM students in
Pursuing a Business Career in Silay Institute. The variables of the study are the following; skils, interest
and career expectation.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Extent Effect of Entreprenurship Subject to Grade 12 ABM
students in Pursuing a Business Career in Silay Institut, on finding out the effectiveness of
Entreprenurship Subject. The researcher choose this study because they find it interesting to find out
who will be pursuing a business career someday and how Entreprenurship boost their interest to be an
Effective Entreprenur.

Theoritical Framework

The theory is related to the study which is pyschoanalysis of Sigmund Freud

because it focuses on human behavior whic affects the decision making in business.

Statement of the Problem

This study focuses on the Extent effect of Entreprenurship Subject to Grade 12 ABM students in
Pursuing a Business Career.

Specifically the study aims to answer these following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Age

1.2 Sex

2. What is the Extent effect of Entrepreneurship Subject to Pursue a Business Carrer to the respondents
when grouped according to:

2.1 Skills

2.2 Interest

2.3 Career Expectation

3. Is there a significant differences in the Extent effect of Entrepreneurship Subject to the respondents
when grouped according to the variable, as to skills, as to interest, as to career expectation.

Research Question

How Entreprenurship Subject Influence the Grade 12 ABM students in Pursuing a Business Career in
Silay Institute?

Materials and Methods

Research Design

Thistudy used a quantitative method and descriptive approach.


Participants

The participants of the study were the Grade 12 ABM students in Silay Institute.

Data Gathering Procedure

The researcher approach the participants by a pleasing manner and assist them if they have questions.
The researcher made sure that the research instrument can be answered by the participants that is
aligned to the variables.

Data Analysis Procedure

The study used numerical and statistical tools to determine the total numbers of respondents. The
researcher used manual tally to tally the score by a self-made questionaire and double check the tallied
score.

Validity of the Research Instrument

The validity of the Research Instrument of the study was validated by tge 3 juror. First validator , graded
us 3.66, second validator graded us 3.44 and the third validator graded us 4.00.The total is 3.7 means
our research instrument is reliable.

Reliability of Research Instrument

The research instrument is reliable beacuse of its reliability test result of Cronbach's Alpha which is
excellent. The result is calculated with the help of statistician.

Chye Koh (1996) examined how entrepreneurial inclination affects psychological characteristics. The
results showed that MBA students who exhibited entrepreneurial inclination have higher levels of
innovativeness, tolerance of ambiguity, and risk-taking propensity.
