Introduction to Windows 7 Feature Practice Examination

(brought to you by RMRoberts.com)

This practice examination consists of questions based on the most common Windows 7
features.

As a professional, you will be expected to answer a variety of questions about the

Windows 7 operating system and select or suggest the most appropriate edition for the
user. For example, which edition of Windows 7 would be most appropriate to install on
corporate laptop devices so that they can remotely and securely access the corporate
network from remote locations?

You also need to know which features are associated with which operating system. For
example, when did simple file sharing first appear? and does it still exists or what
operating system first replaced this feature? Remember, you are going to be known as
“the expert” by your family and friends as soon as they learn you are taking a computer
repair technician course. Get prepared!

It is suggested that you first study “Introduction to Windows 7 Features” located at:
*** (link).

Most students and technical professionals automatically think they know Windows 7
basics and need not study the basics. Take the practice test and see what you think
you know. Good luck, you’ll probably need it.
