Characters :
Swiper – The Child Fox
Terry – The T-Rex Spirit
Story :
Narrator : Once upon a time in the “Magical Forest of Time”, there lived a young
fox named swiper. One day, when swiper's parents went hunting, he saw a figure of
light hiding in the forest. Swiper followed the light until and soon lost his way. He
found himself in front of a golden statue of an unknown animal.

Swiper: Where did this statue came from? It looks like a statue of a peculiar animal.
What could it be?

When suddenly, the light appeared again in the form of an animal the same as the
statue.

Swiper: Gahhhhh! Who are you?!

Terry: I am Terry, a ghost from the past.
Swiper: I’m swiper. My parents are hunting and I’m looking for someone to play with,
will you play with me?
Terry: Ok, I’ll play with you.
Swiper: Let’s go to my home, we’ll play there.
Terry: I can’t leave the statue, and my parents told me that I’m not allowed to play with
other animals.
Swiper: Why not?
Terry: My mom told me other animals would eat me and that I’m supposed to eat them
too.
Swiper: We don’t have to eat each other. We can be friends.
Terry: We can’t be friends. My father told me I’m not supposed to be friends with prey.
Swiper: So where are your parents?
Terry: I don’t know. They said they’re going hunting and told me to stay near the statue. I
remember there was a giant burning ball that fell from the sky. Since then, I kept waiting
for my mom and dad to come back.

With what terry said, swiper remembered that time when his grandfather told him
about the giant ball from the sky that killed their ancestors.
Suddenly, momma fox found swiper in the forest beside the statue.

Momma fox: Oh, there you are. Why are you here?
Swiper: I’m with my friend terry.
Momma fox: Who’so’s terry?

Swiper points at the side of the statue where terry was, but there was nothing in
there but leaves and bushes.

Momma fox: What does Terry look like?

Swiper: He looks a lot like that statue.
Momma fox: That’s impossible.
Swiper: Why? He was just here a moment ago.
Momma fox: That is a statue of a T-rex. It was made to honor our ancestors from the
past.
Swiper: Where are the T-rexes?
Momma fox: They all died from a giant meteor that fell from the sky.
Swiper: But I saw one here in the forest.
Momma fox: Dinosaurs can’t live in our time because they can’t sustain their hunger
from the small amount of meat present in this forest.

The next day, the child fox went back to see his friend. He looked everywhere
around the statue. Until he appeared.

Swiper: There you are! I was looking for you everywhere. Where did you go?
Terry: I’m sorry, but I must go now. I overheard your conversation yesterday.
Swiper: I’m sorry you had to hear that.
Terry: It’s fine, at least now I know the truth. I must go now.
Swiper: Where will you go?
Terry: I will go to where my parents are. My spirit was bounded by this forest because
before my mother died, she wished to the forest gods to keep me safe. The forest
protected me from then outside world, and from the truth. Now I must go for this is not
my time anymore. Promise me you’ll remember me, and everyone else.
Swiper: I will always remember you, my friend.

Terry walked away from the child fox into the horizon. The Golden statue slowly
turned into a giant tree.
