ERNESTO ALBANIA, single, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 394 TUKTUKAN, GUIGUINTO,
BULACAN to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact in my behalf and execute all or any of the
following acts, deeds and thing to wit:

1. To transact, to sell, to negotiate regarding my property located at Mariveles, Bataan

2. To sign, execute, make submit any and all pertaining documents for the satisfaction
of the purpose above stated, to perform and sign to all documents in terms of loan –
Pagibig, or banks etc.
