MANPOWER AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

As part of our mission to engage in continuing education, we have been providing internal and
external formal lectures, training programs, seminars, and workshops to our employees to further
improve and develop their skill sets covering conceptual, technical and behavioral competencies
in order to carry out their functions with excellence and quality service. We also have been
sending our medical personnel to annual conventions regularly and apply their learning in our
institution.
