Spaghetti Recipe

Cooking Instructions:
First you must cook spaghetti noodles according to procedure as you can see in the
package instructions. Drain the spaghetti noodles and then set aside.
Next, in a sauce pan; put a small amount of cooking oil and start by sautéing garlic and
wait a while until the color of the garlic is brown and add onions. Then, add ground beef,
ground pork, laurel leaves, bell pepper as well as a cup of water. Let it boil for 10
minutes. After 10 minutes of boiling, start adding tomato sauce, salt along with pepper
to flavor then let it simmer for an additional of 10 minutes again. Put in brown sugar and
hotdogs and continue to simmer or boil for an extra 5 minutes. Get the drained spaghetti
noodles and mix it with the finished sauce. Finally, you can now serve with the cooked
spaghetti noodles and grated cheese on top.

Pancit Bihon Recipe


First, boil chicken and pork in 1 1/2 cups water intended for 15 minutes. Then,
drain set aside sou/broth. Slice meats into little pieces, remove any bones. The

Tomato Chicken Breast Recipe


Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken. Pan-fry each side for about
5 to 7 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pan. Let cool. Slice into 1 inch strips.
Heat remaining olive oil in a separate pan.
Sauté onion and garlic; continue cooking for 2 minutes or until the onion
becomes soft.
Put-in tomato and basil. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Put-in the chicken strips. Cook for 6 minutes.
Add bell peppers, salt, and ground black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes more.
