Firstly, I would like to explain about The History of apple inc :
1. History

Apple Inc —originally known as Apple Computers— is a multinational corporation that creates
consumer electronics, personal computers, servers, and computer software, and is a digital distributor
of media content. It was founded on April 1,1976 at Cupertino, California. Founders of apple Inc are
Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne.

2. Apple’s Corporate Mission Statement:

 Apple designs Macs, the best personal computers in the world, along with OS X, iLife, iWork and
professional software.
 Apple leads the digital music revolution with its iPods and iTunes online store.
 Apple has reinvented the mobile phone with its revolutionary iPhone and App store, and is defining the
future of mobile media and computing devices with iPad.

3. Apple’s Corporate Vision Statement

 We believe that we are on the face of the earth to make great products and that’s not changing. We are
constantly focusing on innovating.
 We believe in deep collaboration and cross-pollination of our groups, which allow us to innovate in a
way that others cannot.

As you can see in the two charts above, the 2013 fiscal year has been a little soft, with quarterly
numbers all taking a bit of a dip, except for revenue, which made a tiny recovery this past quarter, as
compared to Q3. Looking at the five-year chart, however, we can see that Apple is doing quite well,
with a Q4 increase year-over-year every year

 Apple won eight 'IF Product Design Awards' at the CeBIT 2008
 Apple iPad wins both the gadget of the year and reader's gadget of the year in the 2010 Stuff Gadget
Awards.
 iPhone 4 has won the Best Mobile Device Awards at Barcelona
 Apple's iPhone wins J.D. Power Award
