BUWAN NG WIKA 2019

Every year, during the month of August, The whole Country Celebrates the Buwan ng Wika in
order to recognize and give honor to our national
language. As a finale for the celebration on the month of
August, Cavite National High School- Senior High
School conducted the ' Pista sa nayon.' Sipnayanong
Caviteñan along with the other club organizations of
CNHS-SHS such as Tellusians Club, ELAS, ASSETS,
SAMAFIL, HANDS etc. decided to participate in the
'Pista sa Nayon' in order to celebrate the Buwan ng
Wika in CNHS-SHS. It was held at the CNHS-SHS
Covered. Sipnayanong Caviteñan officers arrived at
exactly 8:30 A.M, 2nd day of September 2019 in order to
prepare the table of the chosen delicacy of the club. The
Sipnayanong Caviteñan decided to prepare 'Palutang', a
delicacy native in Cavite City with four scrumptious
toppings : Latik, Niyog, Milo, and Munggo. Weeks before
the event, the club officers arranged the bulletin board to be
judged in the same day. The program started at exactly 12
in the afternoon by Singing of the National Anthem,
followed by the opening remarks of Mrs. Cherry Leen C.
Marquez, Principal I of CNHS-SHS. The main event started
with the parade of
National Costumes all
accross the Philippines represented by participating students
from different strands. After the costumes from different
region, the Oath taking for different clubs was held. SipCav
centralized officers in their formal National Filipino Costume
lined up in stage to give their words in front of the CNHS-
SHS community that is effective until the end of their term.
The next event is
the awarding of
the winners.
SipCav won the
second place in the
best bulletin board for the month of August. The
winning club members stop for a photo op. SipCav
members left the place at exactly 3:40 with a clean
and dirty-free place.
