NOTES
General
1. "VTA" = Vendor to advise
2. "VTC" = Vendor to conform

4. The package should consist, but not limited to the following equipment:
a) Air Compressor Package (2 x 100%) (A-24701A/B)
i) Electrical driven Air Compressor
ii) Oil cooler
iii) Air after-cooler
iv) Oil Separator
v) Water separator
b) Instrument Air Dryer Package (2 x 100%) (A-24702A/B)
i) Pre-Filters
ii) After - Filters
iii) Dual Tower Dessicant Dryer Regeneration Type
5. Vendor to ensure all materials are fit for purpose and suitable for the intended service and for operation in offshore salt laden environment.
6. Design life of all equipment shall be for a minimum of 20 years. Vendor to advise reliability/availability of equipment in expected
service conditions.
7. Surface preparation, painting & coating shall be in accordance with Specification for Painting and Protective Coating
(Doc. No.: 2200-667-MX-7754-00001) and shall be suitable for an exposed salt laden and high humidity environment.
8. Flanged casing drain to be provided to all skid.
9. Vendor to confirm level of non-destructive testing to be carried out on materials and castings.
10. Anti-condensation heater shall be provided for motors greater than 37kW.
11. Bolts and nuts shall be Zn-Ni electro plated + PTFE top coat.
12. Noise level shall not exceed 82dBA at 1m.
13. Equipment shall be suitable for salt laden and high humidity environment.
14. All electrical design shall be in accordance to General Electrical Requirement for Package Equipment
(Doc. No.: 2200.667-EA-7771-00020).
15. All instrument design shall be in accordance to Field Instrument Specification (General) (Doc. No.: 2200-667-IC-7712-00001).
16. Vendor to complete and submit Datasheet for LV Induction Motor (Doc. No.: 2200-667-EA-3359-00001).
17. Motor design shall be in accordance with Specification for LV Motor (Doc. No.: 2200-667-EA-2105-00001-001).
18. Site condition shall be as Site Condition & Utility Data (Doc. No.: 2200-667-MX-7739-00001).
19. Air Compressor and Air Dryer units should be designed to enable quick removal of complete skid or selected components (including
piping, instruments and electrical connection) for offshore repair and maintenance.
20. All monitoring, control and shutdown/sequential controls of the package shall be from Prelude FLNG. Therefore, Vendor shall not provide
any local control panel as package control shall be directly linked to platform DCS. Vendor shall provide logic diagrams and narrative
defining package control logic to Purchaser.
21. Vendor shall highlight any conflict between this datasheet and SPEP.

Air Compressor Package


22. The compressors will operate on lead/lag basis as per following set pressure. Vendor to advise the set point is acceptable.
- Unload Lead Compressor = 10 barg
- Load Lead Compressor = 9 barg
- Unload Lag Compressor = 9.5 barg
- Start Lag Compressor = 8.5 barg
23. Vendor shall supply integrated control system for the air compressor.
24. Each air compressor shall be mounted on a dedicated skid.
25. Air Compressor package shall be provided with drip pan. All drains shall be piped to the skid edge. Interface piping shall be flanged.
26. Air Compressor package shall be capable of being remotely operated, lead-lag select and tested from Prelude.
27. Air Compressor package shall be able for monitoring, control and safeguarding via DCS and IPS.
28. Air compressor after-cooler shall be designed such that the air temperature at the outlet of Air dryer is 50°C maximum.
29'. Any cooler shall be air-cooled heat exchangers. Air temperature 31.4°C (P95) to be considered. Discharge cooler to be sized to ensure
the outlet air temperature is within the system design temperature.

Air Dryer Package


30. Dryer outlet air quality shall comply with ISO 8573-1:2001
31. Prefilters shall be equipped with level traps to automatically dump collected fluid.
32. Package outlet air quality shall be as follows:
• Water dew point of outlet air : -20°C at 10 barg or 10°C below lowest expected temperature
• Maximum oil concenration : Class 1 of ISO 8573-1

• Maximum number of particles per m : Class 2 of ISO 8573-1
33. Upstream of air dryer shall be all SS316L, downstream shall be CS.
34. Air Dryer package shall be capable of being remotely operated, switching actuated valve and tested from prelude.
35. Air Dryer package shall be able for monitoring, control and safeguarding via DCS and IPS.
36. Dew Point analyzer shall be part of dryer package.
37. Each air dryer package shall be mounted on a dedicated skid.
38. Vendor to supply one (1) no. of Pre-filter and one (1) no. of After-filter for each Air Dryer Skid.
39. the compressed air is estimated based on 18% regeneration loss in Air dryer. Vendor to confirm the rated flow to include the air dryer
regeneration loss.
