Write down 5 (five) sentences that states the current situation and general truth. Then

underline the verbs that you use in simple present tense.

1. Wangi-wangi is one of the beauty island in Wakatobi.

2. Cemara and Moli’I sahatu beach are two famous beaches in Wangi-wangi.

3. Wakatobi is the name of an archipelago and regency in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia.

4. Mr. Ir. Hugua is the first regent of Wakatobi.

5. Wangi-wangi, Kaledupa, Tomia and Binongko are the clean and beauty island in

Southeast Sulawesi.

1. My Father

My father name is Syaharuddin. He is 46 years old. He is very handsome and dashing

man. My dad’s tall is about 165 cm and his weight is about 60 kg. my father has a

brown skin and a pointed noose , unlike mine which is flat. His hair is black and

short. His eyes great and brown. He has fair complexion and thick eyebrows.

Although he looks terrible, but my father is very friendly.

2. Wakatobi

Wakatobi is the name of an archipelago in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The name

of Wakatobi is derived from the names of the main island in the archipelago ; Wangi-

wangi, Kaledupa, Tomia and Binongko. Wakatobi has the highest number of reef and

fish species in the world. The island are also famous as the largest barrier reef in

Indonesia, second only to the great barrier reef in Australia. Here can be found

fringing, atolls and barrier reefs and offer more than 50 spectacular dive sites easily

accessible from the major island. Wakatobi alone is said to have 942 fish species and

750 coral reef species from a total of 850 of world’s famous diving centers, the

Carribean Sea owns only 50 species with 300 coral reef species in the Red Sea, in

Egypt.

3. Nurdeka

Nurdeka is one of my best friends. She is 18 years old. She comes from Numana,

Wangi-wangi. She are very intelligent, beauty , and funny. She likes cooking, singing

and swimming. She is likes my mother, she always supporting me anytime and

anywhere. Nurdeka and I likes spending time together. We have fun together.
