METHODS AND OBJECT RESEARCH

A. METHOD RESEARCH
1. Method
The research method used is a qualitative method by surveying and
observing directly to the object of research, namely on Main Road Tol
Cisumdawu STA.21 + 200 - STA.24 + 00.

2. Writing
Method The planning method starts with collecting and studying
literature related to construction management. Collect field data that
will be used as data in objects. The method used in this paper is as
follows:
a. Study of literature by collecting references and methods needed
as a literature review both from books and other media
(internet)
b. Processing and analysis of data obtained
c. Taking conclusions and suggestions from the results of studies

Types the following types of data and data sources:
a. Primary Data
In this study primary data collection is by conducting a survey
field, on the object of research in the Cisumdawu STA Main Road
Development Project STA. 21 + 200 - STA. 24 + 00.

b. Secondary Data

In this study the secondary data source is the study of literature,

which comes from articles, journals, internet sites, and related
institutions in the form of data to be analyzed by management, and
data in the form of images of research objects to be developed. The
data will be used for the preparation of the thesis

4. Data Collection Technique

In the preparation of this thesis the data collection techniques
obtained by the author are carried out as follows:

consultants have a JO or KSO, JO or KSO contract system is a term

Owner signed on behalf of JO. The contractor at the CISUMDAWU Toll
Road project is Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. in collaboration
with PT. Wijaya Karya, PT. Nindya Karya, PT. Waskita Karya. As for
the consultants CECI works with PT. Daya Creasi Mitrayasa, PT. Indra
Karya, PT. Parama Karya Mandiri, PT. Ciriatama Nusawidya Consult,
PT. Seecons.
In the CISUMDAWU Toll Road Project with a JO or KSO contract,
the job responsibility for the project owner is in the JO entity, not for
each JO member. The problem of the distribution of working capital or
project financing, the procurement of equipment, labor,joint costsand
the distribution of results in accordance with the portion of each work
agreed upon in a Joint Operation Agreement. In this case the JO or
KSO is only a tool for coordinating the work responsibilities of the
Project Owner in each JO member.
For research carried out on the Cinapel Bridge Construction Project
on the CISUMDAWU Toll Road, the following is a map of the location
of the CISUMDAWU Toll Road Project and project plan profile:

For the project I reviewed located in Pamatutan Hamlet, Mulyasari

Village - Pasir Hamlet, Margamukti Village, Sumedang Regency. The
Project section I reviewed was taken as long as 2.8 km, 10.2 meters
wide.
