Dear James Bond

Warning Letter

I’m writing you about your conduct during your employment with Java Services.On September
12,2017 at 2:15 pm you were caught surfing inappropriate websites by Mr.Henry Gifford which
were contrary to Java’s computer user policy.Your previous records has shown many
unacceptable behaviours too.As per company’s policy we cannot afford to keep people who
misuse company’s valuable resources.

Previously you’ve been charged of poor attendance and performance reviews as well which
clearly states that we need to take strict actions in order to rectify the situation.After a discussion
with department heads we have reached the decision to suspend you for 2 weeks from now
onwards. We expect that there will be improvements in the behaviours which benefits everyone
.
This is your final warning letter. Your employment will be terminated if there your performance
and behaviours doesn’t improve.

I propose that we meet on September 15,2017 at 2:pm to discuss about the issue. Please let
me know if the time is convenient to you.If you wish to respond to this final warning letter
please do so by directly calling or replying in writing.
