year 2016-17 was the enactment of C. J. Thomas‟ experimental play „CRIME 27 IN 1128‟. Students from various departments breathed life into the text under the directorship of Mr. G.C.Karakkal, one of the prominent dramatists and social activists, on 3rd August 2016. The drama was an adaptation of the play of the same name taken from the syllabus of 3rd semester BA BSC during the academic year 2014- 2017. Released C.D. Of the play on 22nd September 2017 at Govt. College, Malappuram by Dr. N. Rajan. The C.D. Was distributed to numerous colleges as a supporting study material for 3rd semester Language courses. Subaida K.P., one of the research scholars under the guidance of Dr. Radha P.I.,HOD,KAHM Unity Women‟s College Manjeri, was awarded M.Phil.(Degree of Master of Philosophy) with effect from 11-11- 2016. The title of the Dissertation was “Reaction to the Contemporaray Realities in the Poems of Sugathakumari.” Dr.Radha P.I. is also the Question Paper-setter of Mampad Autonomous College, Malappuram apart from being its U.G. Board Member. Question Paper-setter of various autonomous colleges including Farook College, Calicut and Christ College, Irinjalakkuda. Partof PhD Thesis was published in Mahakavi G. Jnananpith Golden Jubilee Smaranika 2016.The title given was “Velichathinte Vismayakaramaya Viswaprabhavam.” Chairperson of the Centralized Valuation Camp for 5 years(from 2011 to 2016) conducted by University of Calicut at Govt. College Malappuram . Presented a Paper on “Pranayam, Maranam, Athijeevanam „Aracharil‟” in the MESMAC International Conference on Existence and Expression: Science, Philosophy and Art organized by M.E.S. Mampad College, Malappuram.

MESMAC International Conference on Existence: Science, Philosophy and Art organized by M.E.S. Mampad College, Malappuram on 16/02/2017. Resource person in a programme conducted by Melepparambu Ankanavadi in association with World Mothertongue Day on 21st February, 2017. Participated and chaired session for “Kathantharam”, a seminar conducted by Department of Malayalam, Govt. College Malapppuram on 19th ,20th and 21st December 2017. Regular Participant in “Thunchan Utsavam” conducted by Thunchan Smaraka Trust and “Sahithi” Sahityotsavam conducted by Malayalam Sarvakalasala. Poems of two students, namely Chaitanya and Gopika were included in a collection of Campus poems named “Putumudrakal.” Examiner for the PhD Thesis valuation of Kannur University. Participant in WWS Orientation Workshop conducted by PTM College, Perintalmanna on 3rd February 2017. Represented the College Women‟s Cell coordinator and participated in the workshop on March 9, 2017, conducted by Department of Women‟s Studies, University of Calicut. College Counselling Cell was inaugurated on September 27 2016. Three sessions were conducted under the Three prominent counsellors, namely Mr. Abdul Latheef, Mr. Prince Vargheese and Adv. Sujatha Varma.
