    questions to of you and at the end I’ll decide who will get the Job.

    The employer: Good morning.


    Candidate: Good morning.
    The employer: What is your name?
    Candidate : My name is Paola
    The employer: How old are you?
    Candidate: I am 32 years old
    1-The employer: Tell me about you?
    Candidate: I am an honest responsible person delivered to the tasks assigned to me
    2-The employer: why are you interested in the position?
    Candidate: I have the necessary experience and that's what I'm passionate about..
    3-The employer: What do you know about our company?
    Candidate: Avianca is an airline with international recognition
    4-The employer: what you like to do in your free time?
    Candidate: I like to go for a walk and dance
    5-The employer: why did you leave the previous job
    Candidate: because he did not have opportunities to continue studying
