SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES’’

Introduction
The advancement of cell phone innovation started in 1983 when Motorola first presented
their business cell convenient telephones, the Motorola DynaTAC telephone. Mobile
telephones developed over decades from thick structures to smooth and light weight, and
from keypad to contact screen. Either Apple or Samsung did not first present the possibility
of cell phone. In 1994, IBM propelled their cell telephone/PDA (Personal Digital Assistance),
Simon. The case was that Simon is the first cell phone which had a touch LCD screen
alternative, and furthermore clients could utilize remote fax, paging and messages which
are like cell phones these days.

The big players who dominate market share nowadays were obviously not the one who
developed the technology. Samsung first entered the cellphone market in 1988 with their
first analog phone, SH-100. Unfortunately, their first model only sold about 100-200 units.
Samsung mobile started picking sales in 2002 when the model known as pebble-like design
sold 10 million units. After that, Samsung’s sales continued to grow until 2012 when
Samsung became the world largest market share in unit shipped surpassing Nokia, one of
the big competitors in mobile phone market.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The scope of the research is based on the telecom industry and it throws light on the Recent
Development in Samsung Mobile Phones

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

As referenced previously, the principle reason for this exploration is acknowledging how
Samsung can change its advancement technique from 'quick supporter' to 'authority' for the
following period of correspondence frameworks, 5G innovation. To do as such, 'hole
examination's is considered as the principle strategy to dissect Samsung's present
circumstance and Samsung's optimal circumstance, be pioneer in 5G period.

LIMITATIONS
Our study was limited only to analyzing information regarding Samsung. The findings in this
paper only focused in smart phones and smart phones technologies. Time was a constraint
as this study was limited to 7 weeks for its completion. All information in this study was
obtained via the World Wide Web. Mostly from Samsung’s website.
