RE : CONTRACT SIGNING

This memo is to reiterate our issued memo last September 26, 2019 to all staff regarding contract
signing.

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of each staff to sign his/her contract two(2) weeks before
the stipulated end of contract.

Staff should not be reminded every day regarding their contract signing dates. The contract signing is
scheduled at least two weeks before the end of contract for proper turnover and paperwork. HR will no
longer accept last-minute/last day contract signings, whether agency based or direct hires.

The time allotment of two weeks is provided for the HR Department to make necessary paperwork, as
contracts and endorsements are still processed and signed by Top Management. Last minute signing, or
those done on the day of the end of contracts may result in delayed processing of endorsements.

Please be advised of our “No Contract, No Schedule” policy.

NOTE: Any concern on this memorandum issued, an incident report must be submmitted to Wilson Office within 7 days that this memo has been released. If after the given
days and no feed back is being reported through an IR, this memorandum will be considered as the standard procedure/policy and being accepted by the receiver of this
memorandum.
