    With respect to your booking appointment for LL Test, your Learner licence test has been
    scheduled on 03-06-2019 between 13.01-14.30.
    You are required to approach RTO OFFICE GHAZIBAD on 03-06-2019 approximately 1 HOUR
    before the scheduled time for learner licence test.

    * Applicants who already possess either a valid driving licence or a valid learner licence for a
    different class are EXEMPTED from the preliminary test, while applying for a new Learner Licence

    paying requisite fee.
