Cet état de choses constitue une pesanteur dans le partage des informations utiles au traitement de certains dossiers. Afin de remédier a cette situation, J'ai I'honneur de vous demander de bien vouloir me faire parvenir, dans les meilleurs délais, les adresses électroniques de vos structures respectives ainsi que les noms et numéros de téléphone de vos collaborateurs désignés pour en assurer la gestion. Ces derniers, cing (05) pour chaque Lycée, trois (03) pour chaque Collége et deux (02) pour chaque délégation, doivent avoir une maitrise parfaite de l'outil informatique. lis serviront de « points focaux de communication » avec pour mission de relayer, par voie numérique, les informations entre: 1. services centraux et services déconcentrés ; 2. délégations régionales et délégations départementales ; 3. délégations et établissements scolaires.
