Breaking the 7 Day Fast

Monday October 7th 4:00PM – Monday October 14th 4:00PM (168 hours)
Monday October 14th
4:30PM
 2 cups of beef bone broth, sipped over 2 hours
6:30PM
 2 cups of chicken bone broth with some chopped spinach and kale, sipped/eaten over 2
hours
8:30PM
 ¼ teaspoon of homemade Microbiome yogurt, mixed in with 1 cup of organic whole milk
yogurt, with small portion of blueberries and blackberries
Bed

Tuesday October 15th (still day 1 post fast)


7:00AM
 ¼ teaspoon of homemade Microbiome yogurt mixed with ½ cup of organic whole milk
yogurt
8:00AM – 4:00PM
 4 cups of bone broth sipped throughout the day
(Day 2 starts)
4:30PM
 ¼ teaspoon of homemade microbiome yogurt, mixed with ½ cup of organic whole milk
yogurt and a small portion of mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
 2 hardboiled eggs
6:30PM
 Spinach and kale salad with EVOO
 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts)
8:30PM
 Bedtime cup of bone broth

Wednesday October 16th (still day 2 post fast)
7:00AM-12:00PM
 2 cups of bone broth sipped until noon
12:00PM
 ¼ teaspoon MB yogurt with 1 cup organic whole milk yogurt
 Small handful of berries
 1 cup mixed nuts
(Day 3 starts)
4:30PM
 3 hardboiled eggs
 1 avocado
 Small spinach and kale salad with EVOO
7:30PM
 2 cups of bone broth with celery, carrots, onions, and garlic added. Small portion of dried
mango slices
8:30PM
 1 scoop pure whey protein (24g)

Thursday October 17th (still day 3 post fast)


7:00AM
 ¼ teaspoon MB yogurt with 1 cup organic whole milk yogurt
 Small portion mixed berries
 1 apple
12:00PM
 Grilled chicken breast with EVOO
 Spinach and kale salad with EVOO
 ½ cup of mixed nuts
 1 cup bone broth
4:30PM
 2lbs 80/20 ground beef with salt and pepper
 2 eggs hardboiled
