Metamorphosis The Fallen

The blind eats with wisdom Beloved, were you not? Oh angel,
That when the moon sits, the birds call You yearned to please, but forgot
For the danger that lurks around The boundaries of which you are in
There was an inevitable death You found sin among the creation

Just like a breeze, the sea screams Like Pandora, you became curious
The sun dies and the moon laughs Opened the box and found the sins
Morning glory blooms as the eclipse come But you were better than Pandora
A sheltered life, a new home was made Given everything and yet, you hunger

A pity from the gods, a miracle was born Box thrown, and curiosity filled
Transparent silk weaved into a dress You were the beloved, cherished
Clothed to another beauty among beauties Repentance was one step away
Exposing its broken kaleidoscope Black colored the hem of your garb

Beloved, were you not? Oh angel,

Bond You yearned to rebel and forgot
The boundaries between God and His creation
A harmless flower, blooming with innocence You lost yourself among the sins
Caught in trance with an illusion
Falling deeper into an abyss Like Eve, you blamed the serpent
Thorns bloom, prickling the finger Taking the forbidden fruit and ate it
But you were better than Eve
Blood flows, pain becomes an addiction Given everything and yet, still unsatisfied
Bones crack under pressure
A whisper of deception and truth Halo thrown, purity corrupted
A contract was made with the devil You were the beloved, treasured
But mercy was no longer at reach
An eye for a smile, a hand for a limb Unrecognizable, your soul was black
Broken, but pieced together
A puppet to a human, a cycle Beloved, were you not? Oh angel,
Forged to create everything and nothing Ripped of your wings and title
Lost your shine as the morning star, oh angel,
How far have you fallen from grace.

Mourn

Beloved, do you not weep?

Of the lost light and hope?
The sun bares its warmth
Yet, you still feel cold

Crippled of your power

Lost crown under the dirt
You crawled helplessly
Seeking for comfort
Your people mourns with you
Yet, you do not hear
Anger was in your heart
Vowed to take revenge

Beloved, do you not weep?

Of the lost grace and mercy?
The innocent calls your name
Yet, you only bare your fangs

Crippled of your purity

Lost wings under the blood
You crawled helplessly
Seeking for help

Your past mourns for you

Yet, you steeled your heart
Revenge was in your head
Vowed to destroy what He created

Beloved, do you not weep?

Of your lost name and halo?
Did you not regret your actions
And asked, why did you do so

Oh beloved, were you not?

Treasured among others, yet
Lost your name and casted out
Did you not mourn and weep?
