NO STUDENT ORGANIZATION (INCLUDING FRATERNITIES AND SORORITIES) SHALL BE FORMED AND SHALL
OPERATE WITHIN THE CAMPUS UNLESS DULY ACCREDITED BY THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR FOR STUDENT
AFFAIRS AND WELFARE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY AND THE
LAWS OF THE COUNTRY. STUDENT ORGANIZATION MAY FORM ONLY AFTER THE APPROVAL OF AN
APPLICATION FOR RECOGNITION TO BE FILED AT THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR FOR STUDENT AFFAIRS AND
WELFARE. UPON COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS, THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR FOR STUDENT AFFAIRS
AND WELFARE WILL ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (COR). THE CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION IS VALID
FOR ONE SCHOOL YEAR ONLY.
