COAL FIRED POWER PLANT PROJECT PROPOSAL

1. Bidders are invited to submit a complete tender for the installation of new coal
fired power plant project include auxiliaries, other facilities and services as
stipulated in the Bidder scope of work and supply at PT “X” Mill located at
(unknown), Indonesia. The bidders are expected to offer the project to PT “X” in
the scheme of “Turnkey Project” according to the condition, to be set up in the
agreement.
2. The new plant consist of Raw water intake (sea/river/ground water),
Demineralized plant, Boiler Plant, Steam turbine and other facilities)
3. Demineralized Plant specification & performance requirements.

3.1. Conductivity less than : 5 micro Siemens/cm

3.2. SiO2, less than : 0.1 mg/kg
3.3. KmnO4 demand after gravel filter : 3.0 mg/kg
3.4. Free CO2 after degasifier, less than : 10.0 mg/kg
3.5. pH : 6.9 – 7.8
3.6. Capacity of Demin Plant (max) : 220 m3/h

4. Boiler specification & performance requirements.

Steam output at HP Header inlet : 100 ton/h (Normal operation), 120 ton/h (Max
Continuous Rating operation) for each boiler
Quantity of boiler : 2x100 ton/h (Normal), 2x120 ton/h (MCR)
Steam pressure : 44 bar (at HP Header inlet)
Steam temperature : 440 °C (at HP Header inlet)
Turn down ratio : 4:1
Fuel flexibility : Compatible with min. 5300- Kcal/kg HHV.
Boiler efficiency : 85% minimal
Emission : Meet the newest rule of ministry of
environment & local government.

complete with storage tank 50 m3, in order to maintain water level
in boiler water wall pipe if unplanned shut down occurred at
existing power generating plant .

6.2. Since the mill be operated whole year around, back up for spare
parts has to be considered accurately to secure the availability and
operational reliability.
6.3 Term of Payment
- 10% (ten percent) of total contract price as a down payment
will be paid after contract signing
- 85% (eighty five) percent of total contract price will be paid
after bidder receive Final Acceptance Certificate issued by PT
“X”
- 5% (five) percent of total contract price will be paid after end
of warranty period
 PT “X” will cover amount of 90% (ninety percent) of total contract
price with Guarantee Bank or Local L/C at the contract signing
