AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
I, FE CABUG MAHOR, of legal age, Filipino, resident and with a postal
address at Capaoayan, Moncada, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to
according to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of two (2) parcels of land situated at Brgy.

Capaoayan, Moncada, Tarlac, covered and embraced by TCT NO.
043-2019011642 and TCT NO. 043-2019011643, of the Land
Records for the Province of Tarlac.

2. That in the said Transfer Certificate of TCT NO. 043-2019011642 and

TCT NO. 043-2019011643, my address was erroneously entered as
Capaoayan, San Manuel, Tarlac when it should be Capaoayan,
Moncada, Tarlac.

3. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest the truth of the

foregoing fact and for the information of whomsoever may concern,
and this affidavit may used as basis for the correction of my official
records.
