    Greetings in the name of Our Lord!

    Santiago City National High School- Main Campus will be hosting the Dancesport
    Competition on February 27-March 3, 2019 the school being the venue of the said event. In
    addition, the school will also be billeting the technical team of the 2019 CaVRAA necessitating
    the school to ready the necessary facilities needed. On this, may we request from your good
    office to supply enough water for the school’s use for just this purpose. In addition, may we
    also request that 40liters of fuel be provided for the firetruck/s that would deliver the said water
    supply to the school.

    Your positive response on this request would ensure the smooth flow of the whole
    duration of the event. Thank you very much for your unrelenting assistance and support.

    On behalf of the Santiago City National High School- Main Campus, I would like to
    humbly request from your good office to provide us enough water for use during the CAVRAA
    period that will be held on February 27 – March 3, 2019 at Santiago City National High School
    – Main Campus, Calaocan, Santiago City. The school will be billeting the technical team for
    the said competition and at the same time, the venue for the Dancesport competition.

    On this, may we humbly request from your office to supply us an estimate of 2,000
    liters of water per day to be delivered by the Bureau of Fire in our school during the competition
    period. This would ensure that the need for water supply would be addressed during the whole
    duration of the event.
