RENTAL AGREEMENT

Smt . T. AOMBA Aged About 74 Years Residing at No: 121,Ground Floor 3RD A
Cross Jakkur Layout, Yelahanka Bangalore - 560064 . Herein after called the
OWNER(Which expression herein shall unless repugnant to the meaning or
context thereof, mean and include her heirs, successors, legal representatives,
executors, administrators and assigns) of the ONE PART AND :
SRI. PUDURU RAMANJINEYULU aged about 23 years Residing at : #4-95,
chinna bompalli , Kosigi Mandalam, bompalle, kurnool A.P - 518313.

Herein after called the TENANT (Which expression herein shall unless
repugnant to the meaning or context thereof, mean and include his heirs,
successors, legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns) of
the OTHER PART:
NOW THIS AGREEMENT OF RENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :

1. That the Tenant has to pay the monthly rent of Rs 3,500/- (Rupees Three
Thousand Five hundred Only)per month. which shall be paid on before 10th
of every English calendar month and the rent increases by 05% for every year
upon eleven month.

2. The Tenant or the Owner shall give(2) Two months notice before vacating the
premises, in the event if vacating the premises before 11 (Eleven) months.

3. This Rental Agreement is for a period of (11) Eleven months commencing from
01st AUG 2019.The rental period may be renewed on mutual agreement
after the aforesaid 12 months on such terms and conditions as may be mutually
agreed upon.

4. The Tenant shall pay the electricity charges to the concerned authorities
directly .

5. The Tenant shall keep the premises in good and tenantable condition as it is
given on date of possession.

6. The Tenant shall not make any erection/alternation in the Schedule premises
without written consent by the owner.

7. That the Tenant would arrange the painting of the premises and damages
caused before leaving the premises or bear the cost of painting and damages to
the owner.

8. The Owner has received an advance of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen


Thousand Only) by the way of cash from Tenant, the rent advance paid shall
not carry any interest. The Owner should return the total advance while Tenant
vacates the schedule premises and hand over the keys
SCHEDULE PREMISES

All that piece and parcel of the house bearing no Residency #121,
First Floor 3RD A Cross Jakkur Layout, Yelahanka Bangalore - 560064. In
witnesses whereof the Owner and the Tenant have affixed their signatures
of this RENTEL AGREEMENT on this day, month and year of the above
mentioned.
