would become more efficient and profitable. The components of this project will offer
factory space better suited for productive purposes. For these reasons the estates
will offer the most effective means to assist small enterprises to achieve their
potential. The proposed estate, will be thriving centers for small industry which has
been expanding rapidly. The project will support small enterprises, improve their
productive efficiency, and increase their earnings by providing adequate working
quarters, technical assistance, credit facilities, and help in obtaining raw materials
and marketing. This project will permit small firms to grow into efficient medium sized

Buledai or Kech band being on the south and the Zamuran Hills on the north.

 The Project enthesis for Improving Border Services project is primarily focused on
three existing BCPs that are used for transit trade with Afghanistan, Iran and potentially
the Central Asian Republics.

iii) Design of Utilites
iv) construct new infrastructure such import export processing zones,
passenger terminal with separate parking areas;
v) construct integrated administrative office buildings;
vi) widen approach roads, and install new multi-approach traffic lanes with
checking booths,
vii) to install new equipment such as cargo X-Ray scanning, truck weighing
and pedestrian multi entry and exit lane scanning and detection
equipment;

as part of the transition to a Single Window System (SWS)..
