Subject: Receipt of Village of Lazy Lakes emails from Oliver Kamm

Between September 5 and September 6, 2016, Oliver Kamm, a former Village of Lazy Lakes
councilmember and current village resident, forwarded the Special Agent 47 emails related to a
variety of issues concerning the village. The emails include, but are not limited to, emails from
Kamm as a councilmember to other councilmembers regarding the condition of Lazy Lake and
water testing results, the tentative budget, his July 8, 2016 resignation from the council, and
approval of D.J. Doody as the village attorney. A number of attachments were also included.
Some of the communications contained in the emails were informational or between Village
Clerk Joe Fodera and the council or between residents and the council, but other exchanges
between councilmembers may be violations of the Sunshine Laws.

The emails were printed, scanned and saved to the G-drive (Emails 090616). The email files
were also imported into the G-drive (Emails 090616).
