    This document provides instructions for running a test on a patient sample in general operational mode. The steps are to: 1) tap the home screen sign on, 2) enter the patient ID and select the sample type, 3) enter the patient ID again and reselect the sample type, 4) lift the bay cover, 5) insert the sample ID chip into the cartridge, 6) load the cartridge sample well halfway, 7) fully insert the cartridge and attach the tip, 8) close the bay cover and press "Confirm Start", and 9) view results on the virtual cartridges.
