➢To check 1#/2#/3#/4# bearing pad clearance inspection & condition inspection

➢Thrust pad clearance inspection&condition inspection.
推力瓦间隙和状态检查
➢Cleaning the rotor(impellers) and diaphragms
清洁转子（叶轮）和隔板
➢Check/adjust the clearance of diaphragms, replace labyrinth block if necessary.
检查调整隔板间隙，必要时更换气封块
➢Check the steam gland and depression center.
检查蒸汽压盖和除化中心
➢Replace valve plug of main startup steam valve/manipulation seet valve.
更换主启动蒸汽阀/操作阀的阀塞
➢Check the clearance between the splitting casings after being closed.
关闭后检查分离套管之间的间隙
➢Maintenance of turning gear device.
盘车装置的维护
➢Clean up governor system
清理调速器系统
➢Reinstall diaphragms, bearing&rotor assembly of impeller&record clearance of each stage
of impeller against diaphragm
重新安装隔板，轴承，转子组体，记录每个阶段叶轮对隔板的间隙
➢Check &test all protection turbine system
检查并测试所有汽轮机保护系统
➢Conduct alignment check and corrections.
进行对齐检查和修正
➢Check the slid valve, replaced sealing rings for the lifting rod.
检查滑动阀，更换起重杆的密封圈
➢Check the emergency governor, reset device and flyweight device.
检查紧急调速器，复位装置和飞锤装置
➢Check the solenoid valve.
检查电磁阀
➢Check HP&LP oil ejector, replace filter element if necessary
检查 HP&LP 喷油器，必要时更换滤清器元件
➢Oil filtering and circulation

➢Check the thermal axial displacement and expansion difference metering device

➢Check the static characteristic of the speed governing system

2. General overhaul for the turbine generator(Complete by turbine overhaul team, 2 unites)
➢Pull out and clean up the generator rotor.
拉出并清理电机转子
➢Check the situation of air hole, cooling fan, shaft neck and the counterbalance block.
检查气孔，冷却风扇，轴颈及平衡块的情况
➢Check and clean up the carbon brusher holder, slip ring, lead line, replace the carbon
brusher and excitation carbon brush.
检查并清理碳刷架、滑环、引线，更换碳刷机和碳刷
➢Re-install the rotor and adjust the air clearance.
重新安装转子并调整空气间隙
➢Grind the slip ring, buckle casing cover and adjust the tightening force of the carbon
brusher.
研磨滑环、扣套盖，并调整碳刷的紧固力。
➢Check the end housing, guard board, gasket of the wind board.
检查风板的端部壳体、护板及垫片
➢Check the outgoing line and sleeve of the stator winding.
检查定子绕组的出线和套筒
➢Check the situation of the set screw.
检查固定螺钉的情况
➢Check the insulation of end winding and clean up.
